Procedures:

Buyer issues LOI;
-
Seller Representative issues official SCO
-
Buyer accepts SCO by signing it and returning it to the Seller Representative with ICPO + CIS/KYC + NCND / IMFPA + BCL;
-
Seller issues FCO to be signed and returned by buyer;
-
Seller issues the draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Buyer returns it signed and sealed within 48 hours;
-
Seller signs the SPA and issues Proforma Invoice;
-
Buyer returns signed Proforma Invoice with the RWA issued by buyer’s bank to seller’s bank;
-
Within 7 businesses days, buyer issues the financial instrument draft including Confirming Bank details;
-
Financial payment instruments are exchanged and validated;
-
Within 10 days after financial instrument is opened, 2% Performance Bond is granted to buyer’s bank;
-
Within 35/40 days after financial instrument is opened, delivery starts;
-
Within 3 businesses days after presentation of shipping documents, payment is released by MT103/TT at loading port.
Note that some procedures may vary according to seller’s instruction as we represent several ones. Procedures must be adjusted according to buyer’s order. They will be confirmed through the oficial SCO / FCO / draft contract. The procedures mentioned above are the ones internationally accepted and reasonable for any sale / purchase contract.
