Maximize Your Resources with NBCIG's Refrigerator Recycling Machines!

Our advanced refrigerator recycling systems are engineered to securely and efficiently process all types of refrigerators, ensuring that every component is handled in an environmentally responsible manner. Our production cycle is meticulously designed to maximize resource recovery while minimizing environmental impact. Here’s how our process works:

  1. Initial Phase: Removal of the motor and separation of oil and refrigerant gases from the cooling circuit.

  2. Shredding: Reduction of refrigerators into uniform pieces of up to 30 mm.

  3. Material Separation: Extraction of ferrous metals using magnetic systems, followed by further shredding of remaining materials down to 5 mm, utilizing density-based separation technologies for plastics, copper, and aluminum.

  4. CFC Recovery: Complete aspiration of CFCs released during polyurethane shredding.

  5. Dust Control: Filtration of dust produced during the recycling process.

  6. Polyurethane Compaction: Compacting and pelletizing polyurethane to render it inert.

Discover the Benefits of Refrigerator Recycling with NBCIG:

  • Metals (Steel, Aluminum, Copper): Recovered metals such as steel from carcasses and aluminum from internal components are melted down and transformed into new metallic products. These can be used in manufacturing automotive parts, construction materials, and other industrial products. Copper from refrigeration coils is often repurposed for new electrical cables or electronic components.

  • Refrigerant Components (Refrigerants): Refrigerant gases are carefully recovered and treated to prevent harmful emissions. They can either be reconditioned for use in new appliances or safely destroyed.

  • Plastics: Plastics from trays and shelves are processed into plastic granules, which are then used to create various new plastic products, including household items, furniture parts, and vehicle components.

  • Insulation (Polyurethane Foam): Recovered insulation foam is treated and recycled to produce new insulating materials or used as a raw material for other products.

  • Electronic Components: Electronic components such as circuit boards are processed to recover precious metals and reusable materials, which can be used in the production of new electronic devices.

  • Glass: Glass elements from internal lamps are recycled to produce new glass products or used in construction material production.

  • Other Materials: Various other recovered materials are transformed into new products based on their composition and condition.

Our refrigerator and freezer recycling process is designed to minimize environmental impacts by reducing waste and maximizing material reuse. This not only conserves natural resources but also helps reduce harmful emissions.
