  Per ottenere il prezzo

Procedure:

  1. L'acquirente emette una LOI

  2. Il rappresentante del venditore emette SCO ufficiale

  3. L'acquirente firma e sigilla SCO ed emette ICPO + CIS/KYC + BCL

  4. Il mandato del venditore emette FCO + NCND

  5. L'acquirente firma, sigilla e restituisce FCO + NCND

  6. Il venditore emette una bozza di contratto

  7. L'Acquirente firma, sigilla e restituisce il Contratto

  8. Il Venditore firma il Contratto e lo restituisce all'Acquirente

  9. Entro 3 (tre) giorni lavorativi la banca dell'acquirente invia alla banca del venditore uno strumento finanziario non operativo per l'importo totale della spedizione

  10. Entro 5 (cinque) giorni lavorativi la banca del venditore invia la Prova dei Prodotti (POP) + 2% PB tramite metodi swift bank to bank e attiva gli strumenti di pagamento

  11. Lo strumento finanziario diventa operativo

  12. Inizia la spedizione.

Nota: alcune procedure possono variare in base alle istruzioni di ciascun venditore poiché rappresentiamo diverse opzioni. Le procedure devono essere adattate in base agli ordini dell'acquirente. Saranno confermati tramite FCO/Bozza di contratto. Le procedure sopra menzionate sono accettate a livello internazionale e ragionevoli per qualsiasi contratto di vendita/acquisto.
