Procédures:

  1. L'acheteur émet une lettre d'intention

  2. Le représentant du vendeur émet un SCO officiel

  3. L'acheteur signe et scelle le SCO et émet des ICPO + CIS/KYC + BCL

  4. Mandat du vendeur émet FCO + NCND

  5. L'acheteur signe, scelle et renvoie le FCO + NCND

  6. Le vendeur publie un projet de contrat

  7. L'acheteur signe, scelle et renvoie le contrat

  8. Le vendeur signe le contrat et le renvoie à l'acheteur

  9. Dans les 3 (trois) jours ouvrables, la banque de l'acheteur envoie un instrument financier non opérationnel pour la valeur totale de l'expédition à la banque du vendeur.

  10. Dans les 5 (cinq) jours ouvrables, la banque du vendeur envoie une preuve de produits (POP) + 2 % PB via des méthodes bancaires rapides et active les instruments de paiement.

  11. L’instrument financier devient opérationnel

  12. L'expédition commence.

Remarque : Certaines procédures peuvent varier en fonction des instructions de chaque vendeur, car nous proposons plusieurs options. Les procédures doivent être ajustées en fonction des commandes de l'acheteur. Ils seront confirmés via FCO / Draft Contract. Les procédures mentionnées ci-dessus sont internationalement acceptées et raisonnables pour tout contrat de vente/achat.
