Procedimientos:

  1. El comprador emite una carta de intención

  2. El representante del vendedor emite el SCO oficial

  3. El comprador firma y sella SCO y emite ICPO + CIS/KYC + BCL

  4. El mandato del vendedor emite FCO + NCND

  5. El comprador firma, sella y devuelve el FCO + NCND

  6. El vendedor emite un borrador de contrato

  7. El Comprador firma, sella y devuelve el Contrato.

  8. El Vendedor firma el Contrato y lo devuelve al Comprador

  9. Dentro de los 3 (tres) días bancarios, el banco del comprador envía un instrumento financiero no operativo por el valor total del envío al banco del vendedor.

  10. Dentro de los 5 (cinco) días bancarios, el banco del vendedor envía la Prueba de Productos (POP) + 2% PB a través de métodos rápidos de banco a banco y activa los instrumentos de pago.

  11. El instrumento financiero entra en funcionamiento

  12. Comienza el envío.

Nota: Que algunos procedimientos pueden variar según las instrucciones de cada vendedor ya que representamos varias opciones. Los procedimientos deben ajustarse según los pedidos del comprador. Serán confirmados mediante FCO/Borrador de Contrato. Los procedimientos antes mencionados son internacionalmente aceptados y razonables para cualquier contrato de compra/venta.
